General Assembly, the highest governing body of the Presbyterian Church (USA), meets every two years. The 218th General Assembly was held in San Jose, California, on June 21-28, 2008. The Presbytery of South Louisiana had a booth in the exhibit hall to promote our hurricane recovery efforts.
