These are minimal guidelines for safety and liability. Additional restrictions are at the discretion of construction managers.

• Under 14: Not allowed on construction site.
• Age 14-15: Allowed with parent or court-appointed legal guardian. Note this is not the same as power of attorney. No power tool usage.
• Age 16-17: Allowed with at least 1:4 adult to youth ratio. Chaperones must be at least 21. No power tool usage.
• Age 18 and up: No supervision required. Can use all tools at discretion of construction manager.
